- The Mloukhiya, its scientific name is Corchorus olitorius L. and it belongs to the family Tiliaceae. Apart from “corchorus”, the molokheya has many other nicknames depending on the country: “melonkie”, “molokhie”, “mouloukhiya”, “ademe” and “shimatsumaso”.
- It goes very well with meat.
