The User acknowledges the possibility for Ticpangee to interrupt, temporarily suspend or modify without notice, access to all or part of the services, in order to ensure maintenance, or for any other reason, without the interruption giving rise to any obligation or compensation.

The User agrees to inform Ticpangee as soon as possible of any difficulty encountered while using the Services. To this end, Ticpangee provides them with a contact address allowing them to communicate with the technical support.

Ticpangee also provides Users with an internet chat tool for any request for assistance and information. The User service is available via the tool from Monday to Friday from 10 am to 5 pm.

In any case, Ticpangee makes its best efforts to provide an answer to any request within 72 hours.

The User agrees not to abuse the technical support.  Ticpangee reserves the right to refuse to answer certain requests if they are of a nature to disturb the normal functioning of the technical support.
